The SIS surf2 electric height adjustable base offers a great design and functional flexibility with a height range of 22.1" to 48.6". The surf2 sit-to-stand fits the entire ANSI-BIFMA recommendation, allowing more people to work comfortably and productively by fitting the 5th percentile female and 95th percentile male.
As the surf2 frame does not have a lower crossbar, it allows for greater user comfort with increased leg room. In addition you can fit a full-depth file pedestal or mount your CPU anywhere under the worksurface to support your work style. With the surf2 cantilever conversion kit you maximize undersurface clearance for mounted accessories like keyboard arms, CPU holders, and drawers; ideal for shallow worksurface depths.
The design of the surf2 base enables future flexibility through reconfiguration. If you decide to modify the size of your worksurface you simply change crossbars sizes and shapes. This allows you to save 90% of your original investment and you now have a new workstation size and shape that fits your needs. Your choice of a Standard or Heavy Duty frame for the surf2. The “heavy duty” frame lifts up to 500 lbs. which is used mostly for multi-monitor situations such as radiology or control centers. The Heavy Duty speed slows from 1.5” per second to .75” per second.

- Foot depths: Two-leg table bases match foot depths to work surface depths; (18” depths come with 18” feet, 24” depths come with 24” feet, etc.) Three leg tables are shipped with two 18” feet (for the returns) and one round foot for the corner. (Three-leg tables are inherently stable and don’t need deeper feet, which also minimizes barriers to foot movement.)
