The  Neutral Posture NeXtep® is a supportive footrest with a wide, stable platform that fully supports the feet and full body weight. The NeXtep provides support for the feet and legs while seated on a stool and allows for the correct ergonomic posture of an open angle at the knees and ankles. It takes the place and extends beyond the reach of a traditional footring, which facilitates safe entry and exit from the stool. The NeXtep can also be retrofitted to stools as a supplement to an existing footring.

 

The New NeXtep solves multiple problems for those who sit on stools. If your feet are not properly supported, your posture is negatively affected, as your lower back does not maintain proper contact with the backrest of your stool. Your legs endure additional pressure against the seat, and circulation in your feet and legs is compromised. The NeXtep platform provides a level surface to support the feet and is the perfect complement to your ergonomic stools. The caster version is much easier to move with your stool. Combos of two units are available, 8" & 10" or 10" & 12" combos will create steps.
