Find the Perfit Size
Measure from the crease at the base of the palm to the tip of the middle finger.
Small - for hands less than 6-3/4" or under 17 cm
Medium - for hands 6-3/4" to 7-1/2" or 17 to 19 cm
Large - for hands 7-1/2" to 8-1/4" or 19 to 21 cm
Extra Large (right-hand only) - for hands larger than 8-1/4" or 21 cm or greater
Note: If your hand measurement is between two sizes and you have a relatively thin hand, select the larger size. If you have a thick palm you should choose the smaller of the two.

It was a great mouse,but was uncomfortable for me. I have arthritis in my hand and it did not help as much as the Ergomouse did, but the ergomouse was too big for my hand.

I would earlier than estimated. I would (and have already) recommended your site to others.
I think the device itself is excellent and is very comfortable to use and fits very well. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the lack of a Mac OS 10.6 snow leopard 64-bit compatible driver. This prevents the use of the lower thumb buttons, though everything else works fine. Hopefully the manufacturer will address this issue soon, I will let them know about this directly as well.

Love this mouse. This is my 3rd. I am a photographer and spend alot of time editing photos and the mouse gives me great control with no muscle or tendon strain. I also have a small hand and this mouse comes in different sizes which is great.
